These Terms and Conditions are designed to outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for both parties. By booking an appointment, making a purchase, or engaging with Star-X Body Waxing and Skin Retreat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.  -Appointments:
Appointments can be booked through my website, text, or email. To provide the best experience for all my guests, I require clear communication regarding bookings.
 
-Cancellation Policy: 
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price, which will be charged to the card on file.
 
 -Punctuality: 
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, and if you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation fee may still apply. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or repeated no-shows. 
 
-Products:
I am proud to offer a variety of beauty products available for purchase in my studio. All products are sold as is. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product has a proven manufacturing defect. I am not responsible for any adverse reactions or damages resulting from the improper use or application of products. Please follow the instructions provided or consult me if you have questions about a product’s usage. 
 
-Payments:
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure appointments. Deposits are not required, but I may charge the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows in accordance with my cancellation policy. Payment for services or products is due at the time of service or checkout. I accept: ​

-Liability:
While I take every precaution to ensure a safe and high-quality experience, Star-X Body Waxing and Skin Retreat is not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or damages caused by services or products. It is the responsibility of the guest to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect their service or treatment. Please notify me before your appointment so I can accommodate your needs. 
 
-Intellectual Property:
All content, including but not limited to images, text, videos, and branding on my website, social media platforms, and promotional materials, is the sole property of Star-X Body Waxing and Skin Retreat. My logo and business name are registered trademarks and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without my express written consent.
 
-Privacy:
Your privacy is extremely important to me. I only collect personal information necessary to provide you with services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, and payment details. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law. Not harass, threaten, or defame me or other guests. Violations of these prohibited uses may result in termination of services and legal action where applicable. 
 
-Guest Responsibilities:
- Accuracy of Information: Guests are required to provide accurate and complete information when booking appointments or purchasing products. 
-Arrival: Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you anticipate a delay, notify me as soon as possible. 
-Aftercare: Follow the instructions and recommendations I provide for post-treatment care to achieve the best results. 
-Health and Medical Changes: Keep me informed of any changes in your health or medical history that may affect the service. 
​-Behavior of Accompanying Guests or Minors: Guests are responsible for the safety and conduct of any accompanying minors or guests.

-Age Restrictions:
Services and products are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide written consent to receive services. Certain services may have additional age restrictions, which will be communicated upon inquiry or booking. 
 
-Changes to Services or Pricing:
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services or products at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change at my discretion. Any updates to services or pricing will be communicated on my website or via direct communication channels (e.g., email). 
 
-Cancellation and Refunds:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price, charged to the card on file.
 
Refunds are not available for services once they have been provided. Products that are opened, used, or consumed are also non-refundable unless defective. 
 
-Guests and Pets:
To maintain a safe and professional environment, I kindly request that you do not bring additional guests or pets to your appointment unless they are receiving services. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed in the studio, with the exception of service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities. 
 
-Changes to Terms and Conditions:
